Our firearm training classes include those required to obtain a Concealed Carry Weapons Permits. Firearms training classes also cover beginner and advanced subjects including; competitive, defensive and new gun owner training! Whether you are looking for your Concealed Carry Permit (CCW), need or want live-fire training with a new or existing handgun, Guns, Fishing & Other Stuff has a convenient class, taught by professionals at one of our locations. Both our Vacaville and Dublin gun stores have indoor ranges!
Basic Shotgun Class
Guns, Fishing & Other Stuff – Vacaville, CA
When: Sunday, October 1, 2023
Time: 12PM to 4PM
Instructor: Travis Morgan
This class will cover basic Shotgun operation, chokes, shot sizes, patterns and more. Range time will include basic shooting practice with slugs. We offer shotgun rentals if you do not own one.
Women’s Intermediate Pistol Class

This class expands on Women’s Basic Pistol, with a detailed and visual explanation of the differences, the pros, and the cons of semi-automatics and revolvers. We touch on how these firearms can malfunction as well as the safe procedures for correcting malfunctions. Students will be introduced to holster options for concealed carry, and what every woman should know about establishing boundaries using the “color codes of awareness.” This lesson is summarized with a number of on and off the range exercises, allowing the student to put these intermediate skills to practice.
Women’s Basic Pistol Class

Learn about Handguns in a safe and Friendly environment. Learn how to clean your firearm. Learn the basic fundamentals of pistol shooting. Live range train with .22 LR pistols. 50 Rounds of Ammo and Pistol provided. You are welcome to bring your own firearm to shoot with a instructor at end of class!
